Dexter Mullins is an experienced creative strategist, artistic director, writer and communications executive with over a decade of experience in media and entertainment.

Dexter leverages his extensive experience as a journalist and TV news producer at NBC, CBS, and Al Jazeera America, his work in the digital space at NowThis and his creative direction at Netflix to deliver innovative and stunning storytelling to a global audience. He has a deep understanding of the global audience and frequently travels to far corners in a never-ending quest to connect people around the world with stories they will love.

Dexter holds a bachelor’s degree from North Carolina A&T State University - the largest HBCU in the nation - and a master’s degree from Columbia University. He is an unapologetic advocate for meaningful diversity, inclusion, equity, LGBTQ+ rights, and the global movement for Black Lives.

Dexter is a full voting member of the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. He lives in Los Angeles with his two dogs.
