EVENT ACTIVATION: Netflix Black History Month 2020

As the global leader of the Black@Netflix employee resource group, Dexter was tasked with producing a slate of events to celebrate the contributions of Black people to society, entertainment, tech and culture around the world. Through his work developing the theme “Rooted in Culture,” producing the global artwork mural, bringing genealogy expert Dr. Gina Paige to HQ, and ending the month with a cultural tour festival and a concert headlined by breakout rapper D Smoke, his programming has become the standard of all representation events at Netflix.
