Cops and Robbers

Amid the backdrop of a summer filled with racial unrest and nationwide protest, Dexter was tasked with creating a global promotional suite for a powerful short film entitled “Cops & Robbers,” inspired by the brutal killing of George Floyd. What resulted is a visually stunning, powerful artistic representation of the animated work of more than 30 creators around the world, half of them people of color. What was once a childhood game is now a fight for survival — and a plea for Black lives of the past, present and future.
